Expect to leave feeling relaxed and restored with a renewed appreciation for your surroundings. The Japanese custom of Shinrin-yoku, translates into 'forest bathing'.&nbsp; Nature has the ability to enhance our mental and physical health, for example by relieving stress and attention fatigue, lowering blood pressure and even helping to resolve depression. <strong>Requirements: </strong>All children must be accompanied by an adult. Please wear a wide-brimmed hat, secure, fully enclosed walking shoes, sun-smart clothing, sunscreen and insect repellent. Please bring drinking water and a snack or picnic lunch as there are no food outlets on site. <strong>Note:</strong> Any walks or outside activities are subject to weather and environmental conditions and may be cancelled on the day. <strong>Meeting point:</strong> Karawatha Forest Discovery Centre.
