The class will provide hands-on cooking experience while teaching you how to reduce food waste through planning, shopping, cooking, storing and recycling. Participants will learn how to use up what they have to create delicious Asian inspired dishes including Thai pork and white pepper crouton bites, caramelised soy rice noodles with marinaded beef and a simple yellow coconut vegetable curry.
