A fitness class for mums who want to enjoy a workout with their babies/crawlers. This class is designed to help aid postnatal recovery through pilates that focuses on strengthening and the core and pelvic floor muscles as well as increasing your overall fitness through light cardio and body weight strengthening exercises.
