National Pollinator Week - activity day
10:00am to 2:00pm
The Botanic Gardens is celebrating National Pollinator Week by exploring the fascinating world of plant pollination. Over 75% of the world’s flowering plants are pollinated by insects. Globally, pollinator species are under threat – which puts many of our favourite foods at risk. Join our Education team to learn about the special relationships between plants and their pollinators, be a citizen scientist and contribute to the seasonal pollinator count and take home a pollinator seed ball to grow at home. Meet at the Kitchen in the Garden.
No bookings required. For more information call 07 3403 2535.
