Leavening our critical selves at home, bringing an open heart to play freely with child-like curiosity, engaging with nature in awe and wonderment. The aim of the meetup is to help us feel self-empowered to contribute to our daily lives with grace and peace.
This program incorporates a dynamic play approach inclusive of: Shinrin-Yoku (Forest Bathing), meditation, movement stories, poetic prose, Qigong, Reiki, awareness games, mindfulness techniques, breath-work, active listening & reflective questioning, that will guide us along the way.
Requirements: The ability to maintain calm and quiet during meditation is appreciated. Please wear a wide-brimmed hat, secure, fully enclosed walking shoes, sun-smart clothing, sunscreen and insect repellent. Please bring drinking water and a snack or picnic lunch as there are no food outlets on site.
Note: Any walks or outside activities are subject to weather and environmental conditions and may be cancelled on the day.
