Harbourside Physie and Dance offers dance classes for girls and women of all ages. Classes are a fusion of several genres of dance including, modern dance, lyrical, jazz, ballet, pilates and more.
Teaching from the Australian Physie and Dance (APDA) syllabus, this unique and modern style of physie provides members with technical and expressive skills along with improved strength, flexibility, fitness as well as posture, poise and confidence.
