Ginger, cinnamon, cloves and star anise are the smells associated with traditional Christmas baking. How did they come to be our Christmas spices? Where do we get them from and how long have we been cooking with them? Find the answer to these questions in this workshop as you make your own yummy gingerbread treats to celebrate the festive season. All materials provided. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
