Brisbane City Council is dedicated to strengthening Brisbane’s economy and creating more local jobs by supporting small businesses and nurturing innovation. Council works with hundreds of suppliers to help deliver efficient, cost-effective and innovative goods and services to Brisbane residents.
Council’s Strategic Procurement Office is holding two supplier forums in 2022 to provide the businesses with an opportunity to learn about various aspects of working with Council, including:
- Buy Local initiative
- Supplier Portal registration
- overview of tender documents
- tender evaluation process
- tips on completing a tender
- upcoming tender opportunities
- Better Brisbane Proposals (market led proposals) process.
Networking opportunity will be available at the end of the presentation.
These Supplier Forums are open to all current and prospective small, medium and large suppliers, including business owners, business development managers and tendering teams. Please note these sessions are informational only and there will be no opportunity to demonstrate or promote your goods and services.
