Riverstage event submission form

In order to be listed in the events calendar, your event must take place at Brisbane Riverstage and be open to the general public to attend/participate.

Your event submission will be considered within 5 working days. You will be advised by email if your event isn't suitable for the calendar.

Approved event submission will be display on Brisbane City Council's What's on in Brisbane search.

Event image requirements

  • Images are to contain no words, logos or graphics
  • Under 200KB
  • Image size: 1290px x 775px.

Purpose
Brisbane City Council is offering this events submission form to allow events held at Riverstage to be published on the Riverstage events calendar. The personal information you provide in this form will be protected in accordance with our obligations under the Information Privacy Act 2009.

Informed Consent
Brisbane City Council is using the tools provided by Trumba, a private company with which Council has contracted. Trumba's servers are located in the United States of America and the information you provide in response to the form will be securely stored on their servers and accessed by Council. By completing this form you agree to your personal information being collected and transferred out of Australia to the Trumba server in the United States of America.
