Since 1997 the Buddha Birth Day Festival has grown into one of Queensland’s most prestigious cultural events and is now recognized as the largest annual Buddhist Birth Day Festival in the world. This year the Buddha Birth Day Festival is proud to be celebrating its 20th anniversary at The Parklands at Southbank.
Showcasing the diversity of Australia’s multicultural society, enjoy a range of displays, performances, cultural customs and activities, and vegetarian food.
Festival is open daily from 9am to 9pm from 4-6 May.
Brisbane City Council is a proud sponsor of the Buddha Birth Day Festival.
