Kate is the youngest and only female CEO of an engineering company in Australia. She is an award-winning executive, board member and investor with 16 years success driving financial turn-around, customer experience, partnership, and cultural change as well as innovation solutions into the general insurance, investment, construction and engineering sectors. Kate has established a track record of turning traditional bricks and mortar businesses into high-volume, technology-driven profit machines. In October 2016 Kate won Emerging Entrepreneur of the Year at the Women’s Agenda Leadership Awards in Sydney, and more recently was a Finalist of the 2017 Channel 7 Business Person of the Year at the Lord Mayor’s Business Awards.
