A symbol of culture and spirit, the Parkinson Multicultural and Dragon Boat Festival commemorates the 2000 year old story of poet Qu Yuan, who threw himself into the Miluo River in protest against a corrupt kingdom. This celebration is one of the largest of the Chinese year and is now celebrated globally.
Come along to watch more than 15 Dragon Boat teams race on Forest Lake, enjoy the live entertainment and all of the food and drink on offer.
