Growing Older and Living Dangerously

Growing Older and Living Dangerously (GOLD), a Brisbane City Council Active and Healthy Lifestyle program, provides free or low-cost activities for senior residents.

All GOLD events that incur a fee now honour the Queensland Government Companion Card, allowing free participation for anyone accompanying a person with disability who requires attendant care support.

Council also runs GOLD 'n' Kids, for seniors and children (aged four years and over).
