Kangaroo Point Cliffs Park - Lower River Terrace park booking sites
Kangaroo Point Cliffs Park (Lower River Terrace section) at Kangaroo Point has three park booking sites available for bookings for special events of short duration. The park has river views. The park has electric barbecues, picnic areas and public toilets.

- Complete the online park booking application form, noting Council's standard booking conditions.
Park location
Kangaroo Point Cliffs Park (Lower River Terrace section) is located at 29 River Terrace, Kangaroo Point and is also known as River Terrace Park.

Park facilities
Kangaroo Point Cliffs Park (Lower River Terrace section) includes the following facilities:
- barbecues (electric)
- booking sites (shown as dotted circles on the map below)
- picnic areas
- public toilets.
No wedding vehicle access is permitted in this park.
NOTE - TAFE is shown on the site plan, but this facility has now been demolished.
Booking sites
There are three park booking sites available for booking in the Lower River Terrace section of the park.

Park bookings
Bookings only apply to the park booking site you choose in the park and to the use of any facilities in that booking site. You cannot book barbecues, shelters (other than rotundas marked) or playgrounds for your specific use, though your group is free to share these facilities with other park visitors. Power points may have different phases (i.e. operate on different voltages), so it is advisable to check your electronic equipment's compatibility before your event.
In some parks, as well as the booking site/s, there may be some alternative bookable areas of the park. Submit an application and you will be contacted regarding the suitability of the park for the event, availability and fees.
