Changed traffic and parking conditions for Listen Out Festival

Changed traffic and changed parking conditions will be in place in Bowen Hills from 6am Saturday 23 September to 6am Sunday 24 September for Listen Out Festival 2023.

Road closures are as follows:

  • Gregory Terrace, between Costin Street and Brookes Street
  • King Street, between Carriage Street and Gregory Terrace
  • Alexandria Street, between Gregory Terrace and Machinery Street
  • Single northbound lane on St Pauls Terrace, between Baxter Street and Brookes Street
  • Right-hand turning lane into St Pauls Terrace on Brookes Street, between Gregory Terrace and St Pauls Terrace.

Changed parking conditions will apply in the following streets to ‘loading zone passengers 2 min max’:

  • Gregory Terrace, at the intersection of Costin Street
  • Costin Street, between Gregory Terrace and Carriage Street
  • O’Connell Terrace, between Lanham Street and Wren Street.

These parking conditions apply to all resident and visitor parking, with no exemption areas.

Access will be maintained to the car park on King Street.

Police, traffic control and signage will be on site to assist motorists and pedestrians through the area.

Diversion routes will be in place, with all detours and diversion clearly signed on the day.
