Our Local Access Network Improvements program delivers small but important upgrades to improve safety and accessibility for pedestrians. This project will include:

  • installing a pedestrian island to make crossing Dunrod Street easier and safer
  • upgrading the existing kerb ramps to improve pedestrian accessibility
  • undertaking minor landscaping, including installing turf
  • new line marking, including yellow no stopping lines. 

  • Late 2026: Construction is anticipated to start.
