Council has created a draft concept plan for Ellen Grove District Park and Waterford Road Park to guide future park improvements in this precinct.

A draft concept plan has been developed for Ellen Grove District Park and Waterford Road Park in Ellen Grove.

The plan proposes construction of recreational and sporting infrastructure including:

  • open space
  • shelters
  • picnic tables
  • playground
  • tennis courts
  • clubhouse with a kiosk, and bathroom and meeting facilities.
