We’re delivering a new district level sports park at 65 Van Dieren Road in Pallara. The park will support the growing community with quality spaces to play, train and connect.

We incorporated your feedback received during community engagement in 2023-2024, alongside technical investigations, to shape the final concept plan. This plan was released in late 2025.

This project is a long-term investment in local liveability. The park will bring residents together to play sport, stay active and enjoy green open space.
It provides a welcoming place to connect close to home.

  • October 2023: Community engagement to seek input about project area.
  • Late 2025: Release final concept plan.
  • Early 2026: Early works.
  • Late 2026: Start of construction (subject to weather conditions and approvals).

Future stages of the Pallara Open Space Network Corridor depend on funding availability, citywide priorities and local development agreements.
