Mt Coot-tha Quarry

Mt Coot-tha Quarry has approximately 4 million tonnes of accessible material to extract. Once extraction ends, the void will be filled to a level that suits the future planned use of the site, followed by rehabilitation. It is expected this quarry will continue to operate for another decade given remaining reserves.

Pine Mountain Quarry

Pine Mountain Quarry currently operates as a concrete recycling facility and also hosts some other Council operations. These operations will be moved to alternative Council-owned locations.
