Victor Grenning Park is a much-loved local park and important community space. We’re removing historic contamination to ensure the park continues to meet modern safety standards for the long term.
The project will restore and improve the park. The works include new landscaping, turf and tree planting. We will also reinstate key features, including the playground and shade sail. These improvements will create a safe and welcoming space for the community to enjoy the park for years to come.

The park, its features and amenities will be reinstated like for like. But, we've sought community feedback on key elements of the future playground and park. This includes the community’s preferred playground theme and ideas for tree planting.
While some aspects of the project are fixed, feedback will help shape the look and feel of the renewed park. This will help create a space the whole community can enjoy for years to come.
