Council is undertaking investigations to inform potential future improvements along Windsor Road in Red Hill/Kelvin Grove.
This road is heavily used by the community to reach shops, homes, public transport, schools and universities. It also connects people to recreation areas and nearby suburbs.

We invited your feedback to better understand your experiences walking, riding and driving along Windsor Road.
Our online survey and pin on a map tool was open from 17 November to 14 December 2025.
We’re reviewing this feedback alongside technical data and design standards. This will help shape future improvements for residents, visitors, commuters and students.
We’re still in the early planning phase of the project. Any future construction will depend on the design progress and the availability of funding.
We expect to be able to share what we heard from the community in early 2026.
