We're creating Safer School Precincts in Brisbane's suburbs. This will provide safer and easier ways for everyone to move around our schools and local streets. 

The Wynnum Manly  Safer School Precinct supports the following schools and surrounding community:

  • Wynnum State High School
  • Manly State School
  • St John Vianney's Primary School.

In mid-2025, we asked the community for feedback about their experiences travelling through the precinct. This included feedback on opportunities for improvement and challenges the community faced.

We’ll consider community feedback alongside technical guidelines to design improvements as part of a precinct plan.
