We’ve listened to feedback from Brisbane residents and businesses. MyServices Brisbane provides a simple, central place to track your service requests, manage submissions and streamline how you interact with Council. More functionalities will be added over time.

Currently, signing in is optional for most Council forms. You can continue to access forms through the Online services section without signing in. In some cases, certain specialised service requests may require sign-in to help verify your identity and simplify the process.

Any service requests you’ve already submitted will still be visible in your personalised dashboard. No data is lost.

Council’s new digital identity gives you flexibility to sign in using credentials you already have. Options include Google, Apple, myID (formerly myGovID) or your email address.
