Corporate Plan 2021-22 to 2025-26

On 11 May 2021 Council adopted our new Corporate Plan 2021-22 to 2025-26, commencing 1 July 2021.

Our Corporate Plan 2021-22 to 2025-26 serves as the guide for how Council will deliver services and activities for the next five years. It sets the medium-term objectives to enable Council to continue to work together with the community and retain our thriving and sustainable city for future generations. This plan identifies five strategic directions that lead us to the achievement of the Brisbane Vision 2031.

The next five years are extremely exciting for our city as we deliver:

• the turn-up-and-go Brisbane Metro, linking the city to the suburbs, making it easier to connect with the people and places you love
• the transformation of Victoria Park into an iconic public parkland
• further improvements to our network of active transport and river access through green bridges, more cycleways and double-decker CityCats.

This plan guides Council’s activities and how we will measure our success in achieving our vision for the future.
