Changed traffic and parking conditions in Brisbane City for the St Patrick’s Day Parade

 

Traffic Changes

 

The following roads will be fully closed from 10.15am to 11.30am Saturday 14 March

• Edward Street between Margaret Street and Alice Street
• Alice Street between Edward Street and George Street
• Albert Street between Margaret Street and Alice Street
• George Street between Alice Street and Margaret Street
• Margaret Street between George Street and Edward Street

 

Parking Changes

 

Parking conditions will also temporarily change from 7pm Friday 13 March to 11.30am Saturday 14 March 2026 on the following roads:

• Alice Street between Edward Street and George Street
• George Street between Alice Street and Margaret Street
• Margaret Street between George Street and Edward Street.

 

Police, traffic controllers and signage will be in place to assist motorists, buses and pedestrians.

 

Diversion routes will be in place, with all detours and diversions clearly signed on the day.
