Changed traffic conditions in Newstead and Teneriffe for Run the River 2026

The following traffic changes will be in place:

• Traffic will flow in both directions along Skyring Terrace, between Commercial Road and Cunningham Street, however drivers are encouraged to be mindful of runners.
• Commercial Road will be closed in the north-east bound direction, between Skyring Terrace and Teneriffe Ferry Terminal.

Diversions will be in place and clearly signed.

Traffic controllers and signage will assist motorists, pedestrians and cyclists.

Motorists are advised to allow extra travel time, use alternate routes where possible and avoid the area during the event.
