Changed traffic and parking conditions in Yeerongpilly and Tennyson for the Brisbane International 2026 event
Traffic and parking changes will be in place from 7am Friday 2 January to 12am Monday 12 January 2026 in Yeerongpilly due to the Brisbane International 2026 event.
King Arthur Terrace, between Godiva Avenue and Softstone Street, will be fully closed during this time.
The following roads will also be impacted during this time:
- Bedivere Street, between King Arthur Terrace and Queens Way, will be the designated ride share and drop-off zone, and access will be limited to one way travel
- Parking lane closures with hold and release access will be in place on Godiva Avenue between King Arthur Terrace and Queens Way
- Hold and release access managed by traffic controllers will be in place on Queens Way between Godiva Avenue and King Arthur Terrace.
On-street parking will be unavailable on the following roads for the duration of the event to facilitate safe passenger pick-up and drop-off:
- King Arthur Terrace, between Bedivere Street and Godiva Avenue, will be designated as a taxi rank
- Green Street will be a designated shuttle bus pick-up and drop-off point
- Dexter Street will be used as a public drop-off point.
A one-hour parking limit applies to all parking spaces within the Queensland Tennis Centre Traffic Area which includes streets in Tennyson and Yeerongpilly, between 7am and 10pm, unless signed otherwise for the duration of the event.
Police, traffic controllers and signage will be in place to assist motorists, buses and pedestrians.
Diversion routes will be in place, with all detours and diversions clearly signed on the day.
