**Edward Street has reopened to traffic and works have been completed**
Changed traffic conditions and delays are expected in the Brisbane CBD today, Wednesday 10 December, due to emergency Urban Utilities works.
Edward Street is fully closed between Ann Street and Queen Street.
Traffic delays are expected throughout the CBD and surrounding streets, particularly during peak travel periods.
Motorists are encouraged to avoid the area and seek alternative routes if possible.
Traffic control and signage is on site to assist motorists and pedestrians.
Signage will be in place to guide traffic safely through the area.
