UPDATED: Changed traffic conditions in Woolloongabba

Traffic changes will be in place from 8pm Friday 31 October to 5am Monday 3 November 2025 in Woolloongabba due to roadworks.

The following road closures will be in place during this time:

  • Logan Road will be reduced to one southbound lane between Cowley Street and O’Keefe Street roundabout. Traffic will be held to allow one direction of traffic at a time.
  • Logan Road will be reduced to one lane in both directions between Elizabeth Place and O’Keefe Street roundabout.
  • O’Keefe Street will be reduced to one westbound lane between Logan Road roundabout and Gillingham Street. Traffic will be held to allow one direction of traffic at a time.
  • Gladys Street will be fully closed between Logan Road and Constance Street.


Police, traffic controllers and signage will be in place to assist motorists, buses and pedestrians. 

Diversion routes will be in place, with all detours and diversions clearly signed on the day.
