Changed traffic conditions for Kurilpa Derby event
Traffic changes will be in place in West End on Sunday 13 September 2026 for the Kurilpa Derby event.
The following roads will be fully closed from 12 noon to 10pm:
- Boundary Street, West End, between Vulture Street and Jane Street.
- Russell Street, West End, between Boundary Street and O'Connell Street.
A hold-and-release traffic arrangement will also be in place from 1pm to 3pm on:
- Boundary Street, between Vulture Street and Dornoch Terrace.
Traffic controllers and signage will be in place to assist motorists, buses and pedestrians.
Diversion routes will be in place, with all detours and diversions clearly signed on the day.
