Ride the Moreton Bay Cycleway upgrade
We've upgraded the Moreton Bay Cycleway between Schneider Road, Eagle Farm and Viola Place, Brisbane Airport. The result is a smoother, safer ride for everyone.
Avid riders and weekend cyclists can now explore more of Brisbane’s bikeways. A new shared path improves access along the Moreton Bay Cycleway.
The cycleway spans 150 kilometres along Brisbane’s coastline. It now includes a new link at the Schneider Road underpass in Eagle Farm. This link joins the existing bike lane at Viola Place, Brisbane Airport. It makes exploring Brisbane’s northside bikeways easier and safer.
Plan your ride
This new link opens more options than ever. You can bike into the city or enjoy the Kedron Brook Bikeway. Ride through the Boondall Wetlands or continue towards Brisbane’s eastern suburbs. This upgrade keeps Brisbane moving and connected.
