Community conservation

Brisbane is a subtropical city with an extensive network of waterways, wetlands, parks and reserves. There are plenty of opportunities to get involved in community conservation in Brisbane to help keep our city clean, green and sustainable.

Brisbane City Council's Community Conservation Partnerships program (CCPP) works with over 8000 community members to protect, restore, enhance and celebrate our natural environment. The CCPP also hosts training, education, tours and events for active volunteers and partners.
