My Resilient Schools

Together with the SES, Council is building resilience and disaster preparedness for students in Year 5 and 6. Our new online presentation for teachers is now available.

Bush Neighbours

Sign up for this hands-on program in your local reserve and help your Year 4 students learn more about native habitats and wildlife.

Active School Travel

Council's award-winning Active School Travel program provides primary schools with free resources, tools and incentives to encourage students and families to leave the car at home and travel actively to and from school.

Future BNE Challenge

The Green Heart Schools’ Future BNE Challenge engages Year 7 students in an immersive, interactive and future-thinking learning experience during which students address Brisbane’s current sustainability challenges.
