Brisbane City Council's Youth Strategy 2014-2019 is an integrated whole-of-Council approach to ensure we continue to be an organisation that values and includes young people in the life of Brisbane.

Our vision is for a city where young people are healthy, resilient and confident young citizens who actively contribute to a better Brisbane.

The Youth Strategy 2014-2019 is currently being evaluated. In partnership with local communities, Council is continuing to deliver programs and services aligned to the strategy’s key themes, to ensure young people are engaged, empowered, included and celebrated throughout Brisbane.

Your say

Thanks to everyone who provided feedback on the Draft Strategy for Young People from April-July 2013. We had a great response from young people aged 12-25 years, their families, carers and guardians, industry groups and community organisations. Feedback from these groups helped us to develop the final strategy.
