Audiences will be transported through the lively rhythms and lyrical beauty of traditional Celtic music from Ireland and Scotland, performed with warmth and spirit by this dedicated community string orchestra. The programme also features cherished masterpieces including Jesu, Joy of Man’s Desiring and Sheep May Safely Graze by Sebastian Bach, and the triumphant Ode to Joy from the Ninth Symphony by Ludwig van Beethoven.
