Kayaking

Bookings essential. Join us for a fun paddling adventure as you explore your local waterway. While paddling is a low-impact activity, a reasonable level of fitness is needed. Wear enclosed water shoes (not crocs or loose footwear) and clothes you don't mind getting wet. All equipment and instruction is provided. Bring a towel and spare clothes. This is a Gold'n'Kids event suitable for seniors and young people 10 years and over.
