She specialises in strategy, marketing psychology and designing customer journeys that don’t just sell, they resonate. Lucy holds a Bachelor of Communications and Public Relations, which she completed in just 18 months. Her focus is always on long-term success over short-term hype, helping businesses develop smart, sustainable marketing strategies that align with their goals and audience behaviour. When she's not providing marketing support to business owners, you'll find her reading marketing books, exploring AI tools, or finding new ways to upskill.
