Mindful colouring and Zentangling group

Join a friendly group using the Zentangle® method and adult colouring in to de-stress and have fun whilst improving your cognitive functioning and hand/eye coordination. Concentrating on drawing or colouring one small section of a page at a time we create beautiful art. Some supplies will be provided.
