A recreational activity and sport using your navigational skills and a specially produced map to discover your local parks and outdoor recreational areas. Run, jog or walk - individually or in a group. Full instruction given. All ages and fitness levels welcome. Meeting point is at Heathwood Park, off Parkwood Drive.
