2026 Brisbane Roller Sports Showcase

A free public event designed to introduce families, kids, and curious first-timers to the exciting world of roller sports!

Enjoy live demonstrations from a variety of roller sports, meet local clubs and athletes, and learn how people of all ages and experience levels can get involved - from recreational skating and beginner programs through to competitive pathways. You’ll be surprised by the range of sports, skills, and opportunities that exist on wheels!

Bring the family, cheer on the skaters, ask questions, and discover a new hobby that combines fitness, confidence, creativity, and community. The 2026 Brisbane Roller Sports Showcase is the perfect opportunity to get inspired, get active, and see where roller sports could take you!

What to expect on the day:

• Roller sports demonstrations including inline speed skating, inline hockey, rink hockey, skate cross, slalom, roller derby, and more!
• Free learn-to-skate classes (registration required).
• Food trucks, ice cream & coffee van.

This event is free to attend, registration is only required for the free skate lessons.
