4th annual The Gap Creative Open Studios and Arts Trail

The Gap Creative Open Studios and Arts Trail is back for its 4th year – and it’s a great weekend out for anyone who loves art, creativity, and discovering something new.

Wander through the leafy streets of The Gap and pop into studios tucked away in homes, backyards and shared spaces. You’ll meet a whole range of artists – from photographers, painters and potters to jewellers, sculptors and mixed media makers. There’s a real mix of talent, from emerging artists to award winners and everything in between.

Whether you're after something unique for your walls, a thoughtful handmade gift, or just want to soak up the creativity, there’s plenty to see (and buy!) along the trail.

15 Artists over 8 locations - and this year with the new QR code art trail where you can win some amazing art prizes.

Make a day of it – or stretch it over the weekend. Enjoy a cuppa or bite to eat at a local café, check out some of the outdoor murals, and take your time exploring.

It’s relaxed, inspiring, and a lovely way to spend time with friends or family – and our local artists would love to meet you.
