Bands in Parks: Banyo Community Queensland Day Celebrations

Bands in Parks performs at Nudgee Showgrounds Park.

The Banyo District Community is pleased to announce the return of the annual Banyo Queensland Day Celebrations. This free community event will kick off Queensland week 2026 with music, stalls and food in the park.

A citizenship ceremony will commence at 10.30am in the historic Nudgee School of Arts hall and all other entertainment including a jumping castle along with presentations from local schools and musicians commencing at 11.30am. Bands in Parks will be presenting a performance by the Swingalicious Big Band.
