Join a family-friendly yoga session for beginners aged 5 years and up. Play, stretch, and move while soaking up the natural beauty of the bushland setting. Participants can do what they can and go at their own pace. Please bring a yoga mat per participant (you may bring a towel, but a mat is preferred). After the session, visit the environment centre or continue relaxing in nature by exploring nearby walking tracks in the reserve.

Requirements:

• Please arrive 10 minutes early to check in with staff at the centre.
• Please bring a yoga mat per participant (you may bring a towel, but a mat is preferred).
• Wear sun-safe clothing, enclosed shoes, sunscreen, and bring insect repellent.
• Bring water and a snack if required, as there are no food outlets on site.

Note: This activity can be adapted for indoor delivery in the event of rain. Events are subject to weather and environmental conditions and may be cancelled on the day.
