Chai Fundamentals - The secret to the perfect chai

Masala Chai is the Indian spiced tea blend popular throughout South Asia. Described as a 'hug in a cup,' it has become a favourite beverage worldwide. But what makes the perfect chai? Enjoy tasting a variety of spice combinations as you learn about the history of this beverage, taste-test some commercial varieties and then learn how to make your own delicious chai spice blend.

Requirements: This workshop is only available to participants 16 years of age or over.
