Coorparoo community street tree planting

Join us to help make Coorparoo more attractive, cooler and walkable by planting trees at this fun family event. Meet your neighbours to plant trees in your local street and help grow our urban forest.
This event will also include the official opening of the pickle ball court at Wallace Place Park.
All new street trees are carefully chosen to suit the site and local area. All planting holes will be dug before hand and all tools supplied.
As a thank you for participating, you can enjoy a free sausage sizzle afterwards. You can also take home a free native plant.
What to bring: For your comfort and safety, wear sturdy covered shoes, a hat and sunscreen and your reusable water bottle.
