Join us as we explore the fascinating world of mini beasts and discover the vital roles they play in our environment - from pollination to decomposition - along with their hidden talents!
Experience a garden from an ant’s perspective, observe bugs in action as they carry out their important ecological duties, and discover how we can all help take care of our environment.
Requirements on the day:
- Arrive 10 minutes before the start of the event to check in at Boondall Wetlands Environment Centre.
- All children must be accompanied and directly supervised by an adult.
- Bring drinking water and a snack or picnic lunch as there are no food outlets on site.
Note: This event is held indoors.

Bookings requirements:
- Recommended for ages 7-12 years.
- Maximum 5 tickets as places are limited.
- A ratio of 1 adult per 4 children is required.
- Bookings required for all people participating - supervising adults do not require a ticket.
- Please cancel via Eventbrite if you cannot attend.
- As this event is popular and places limited, late arrival tickets will be forfeited to make way for available attendees.
