With a Cabaret edge, we journey through these extraordinary songs of loss, remembering and insight - woven around the artist's inspiring and little known story.

Ruth Apelt : Brisbane singer/songwriter/guitarist - supported Janis Ian on tour in 1994, now paying homage in this premiere performance with The Marvellous collaborators: Helen Russell (double bass, vocals), Eugenie Costello (violin, vocals), and Karen McLeod (keyboard).
