Make ’n’ Movie: Practical Magic – Heritage Hands Festival

Bring your knitting, crochet, embroidery or favourite portable craft project for a relaxed evening of making and movies at the historic Sandgate Town Hall.

Part of the inaugural Heritage Hands Festival - Sandgate 2026, Make ’n’ Movie combines a screening of the much-loved film *Practical Magic* (1998) with an evening of creativity and connection.

Bring a project from home and enjoy the film alongside fellow makers, or try your hand at a drop-in basketry activity with local maker Monique Ross.

Pre-packaged snacks and non-alcoholic drinks will be available to purchase.

Proudly sponsored by Brisbane City Council. For more information, visit Heritage Hands Website.
