Calling all makers and creators! Don't miss out on this fun family workshop using upcycled materials for hands-on crafting and construction. Let your imagination go wild as you transform everyday discarded materials into one of Australia's most unique animals, a marvellous monotreme!
Get creative with Reverse Garbage as you build your very own platypus or echidna, while discovering what makes these unusual Australian mammals so special and why healthy habitats are important for their survival.
What makes a monotreme so marvellous?
Platypuses and echidnas are some of Australia's most unique wildlife. They're egg-laying mammals with incredible adaptations that help them survive in our waterways and bushland. Discover why healthy habitats are so important and how we can help protect these marvellous monotremes.
