NAIDOC Week: Bulkaway Muruku: Yarn Together - Storytime 2 - Kuyu Kuyu Wanjabu

Bulkaway Muruku (Yarn Together) is a grounding and connected NAIDOC Week showcase of story, song and interactive experiences.

Presented by Cre8tive Nations and Brisbane City Council, in support with Creative Bama Connections and Brisbane Powerhouse, this immersive yarning experience (featuring the Kuku Yalanji story Kuyu Kuyu Wanjabu) invites audiences to step into the story - '97moving, responding, and working together to help return a lost fish safely back to family.

This full-circle yarn transports audiences to the Great Barrier Reef on Kubirri (Mossman) Country, where rainforest meets reef, and where connection to place, story, and kinship comes alive through shared experience at The Underground Theatre.
